New production of Y-Space in 2016: Dance “IN” Possible V: 101
Life reflection after the 50’s: Dance artists Victor Choi-wo Ma and Mandy Ming-yin Yim continues exploring the possibilities in the creation in dance theatre.

101 is the sum of Ma and Yim’s ages. The choreographers have invited a number of participants who have influenced the duo from various backgrounds to offer a retrospective of their dance career, thus offering the possibility of 101 kinds of dance.

Tour of Dance “IN” Possible series
Since 1999, the Dance “IN” Possible series has evolved into Ma and Yim’s self-reflection on dance while simultaneously exploring different eras. Their previous productions include Dance “IN” Possible I (1999), Dance “IN” Possible II – “Dark Corner” (2000), Dance “IN” Possible III – “This is a Dance Performance!?” (2000), and Dance “IN” Possible IV – “Victor Ma’s Dance Exhibition I&II” (2009).

The Dance “IN ”Possible series has also been invited to overseas and local arts festivals, including The K.A.C. Int’l Exchange Modern Dance Festival in Seoul & Taejon City of South Korea (1999), End of Millennium Performance Project and October Dance Festival in Bergen (BIT) Norway (2000), Hong Kong Arts Festival: Asia-Euro Dance, Networking Forum & Hong Kong Independent Dance Showcase (2000), Seoul Fringe Festival (2002) and Hong Kong Dance Festival (2010)…etc.
